How to redeem the Jegy.hu gift voucher

On Jegy.hu website we offer tickets for 50,000+ events (theatres, concerts, festivals), so that everyone can find programs that match their interest. The voucher can be used for purchases on the www.jegy.hu website, for any program in our system (except for some highlighted sports events indicated on mlsz.jegy.hu, meccs.jegy.hu, sport.jegy.hu, and InterTicket cafeteria kultura.jegy.hu).

Steps for redeeming a Jegy.hu gift voucher: 
1. Open the www.jegy.hu website 
2. Search for the program you want to buy a ticket for. You can choose from thousands of events, theatres, concerts or festivals 
3. Select the event, and add the tickets to the basket. 
4. On the basket page enter the code of your gift voucher. After pressing the "Validate" button, the amount to be paid will be reduced by the value of the gift card 
5. Continue to provide customer data 
6. After filling in the data, accept the Terms and Conditions 
7. Pay your tickets 

If the price of the purchased tickets does not reach the amount that can be used on the gift voucher, the unused amount can be redeemed later. 

After use, the unused amount remaining on the gift card can be redeemed later. 

If the amount of the purchase is higher than the amount that can be used on the gift card, you can pay the remaining amount with a bank card. 

Restrictions: The Jegy.hu gift voucher can only be used on the Jegy.hu website. 
Please note that after entering the code of a gift voucher and clicking on the "Validate" button, the system will lock your code for 30 minutes for security reasons. If you want to redeem it again during this time interval, you will receive an error message.

Loss of the gift voucher: Please take care of the code, because Jegy.hu is not responsible for any damage resulting from its loss. Furthermore, we are not responsible if the code is stolen or used without your permission.

The redeeming period for the jegy.hu gift voucher is 2 years from the date of issue.  No extension of this period is possible.
