Orgona koncert

Enjoy a cozy organ concert in one of the most beautiful neo-classical buildings of Budapest, the St. Stephen's Basilica! The most remarkable church of Hungary is also one of the most significant of tourist attractions, and also the third highest building in the whole country.

Its construction started in 1851, according to the plans of Miklós Ybl, and was completed by József Kauser in 1905. In the next 50 years the church suffered from wars, storms and earthquakes, and was finally reconstructed 1983-2003.
 
The program of the concert was adapted by Miklos Teleki who is among some of the best organ artists in Hungary. The arias of the program are performed by Kolos Kováts, one of the most famous concert and oratorio singers in Hungary. Among numerous prizes, in 1992 he also received also the highest prize  a hungarian artist can aquire: the Kossuth Prize. The flute is played by Eleonóra Krusic who is already known for her performances with different orchestras from Barcelona, Zürich, Graz and Vienna.
 
You can choose from 3 different categories included no numbered seats. The categories depend on the distance from the main altar.
 
To top up your unforgettable Organ concert, upgrade it to a complete evening program with our Drink & Cruise with live music program which starts at 22:00! Let us invite you to a romantic sightseeing cruise on one of our air-conditioned/heated ships. After the concert our host or hostess will accompany you to the ship, which takes 5-10 min on foot. Cruise starts at 22:00 and lasts 1 hour 30 minutes long. The price includes 2 drinks, which is a welcome drink and an optional drink ( wine or beer or soft drink).

Every concert starts at 20:00, and takes about 70 minutes, without intermission.
 
Duration of the Sightseeing night cruise: 1 hour 30 min

Arrival time: 19:30h
